This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position with employment period beginning on October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be 7:30am to 4:30pm. The employer also offers the THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE as required by 20 CFR 665.423 (f) wherein a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the employee completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to the subsequent employment with another employer or where the employment has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. DAILY TRANSPORTATION: The Employer will also provide the workers with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance will all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations. FRINGE BENEFITS: Worker Compensation Insurance Coverage will be provided. FREQUENCY OF PAY: Weekly, subject to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by Law. EMPLOYER-PROVIDED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required performing the duties assigned. BOARD, LODGING OR OTHER FACILITIES: The Employer will also provide and securing worker’s board, lodging and other facilitates. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
